 Owner's History

In the 1940s, Beach Harbor Resort (then known as Shorewood) was a thriving, well-known place to stay. When Shorewood closed, the property was left vacant until 2003 when Patti and Jon bought the motel. Patti and Jon renovated and restored the resort to run it as a family owned and operated motel. You will not find a cold, corporate attitude here, instead Patti and Jon infuse excitement and charm into every aspect of their business. And don’t forget to say "Hi" to the family dog, Samantha!
